Q: How long does it take to make my order?
A: We aim to make and dispatch items within 5 business days. Larger orders and peak times will take longer, but we will always keep you up to date every step of the way
Q: Do you do wholesale?
A: Yes we are very happy to work on a wholesale basis – please send us an email in the first instance to discuss requirements
Q: Is all packaging recyclable?
A: Yes – all our packaging is plastic free and therefore fully recyclable
Q: How do I clean my wine charms?
A: Over time the aluminium charms will become dull and the copper will oxidise. The best way to clean is either with a suitable metal polish or a bit of wire wool – both can be found easily online and in stores. If you need to blacken the letters you can do this with a sharpie
Q: Are your products dishwasher safe?
A: It is recommended to wash our hand stamped items by hand. Using a dishwasher will cause the black enamel to wash away.
Q: Do you offer a gift wrap service?
A: All little doris products come beautifully packaged so there is no need for additional gift wrap
Q: Can you send directly to the recipient?
A: Of course! We are only too happy to send directly to the recipient and can include a gift card with your message at no extra cost
Q: Can I have a discount if I am buying a large quantity of charms for a wedding/event?
A: Unfortunately we cannot offer a bulk discount on the personalised charms. This is because there are no economies of scale and 1 charm costs the same to make and takes the same amount of time as 100.
