shipping policy

We aim to despatch orders of in-stock items within three business days. Where an item is made to order, we aim to despatch these within seven business days. If there is a delay for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We ship across the UK using Royal Mail. Unfortunately, international deliveries are not currently available. Our rates are as follows:

First class large letter: £2

First-class small parcel size: £4

We also offer free pick-up for local customers.

returns policy

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with it, we’re here to help.

If there is a problem with your order or any aspect of the ordering process, please drop us an email (lizzie@littledoris.co.uk) explaining what has happened and we will try to rectify the problem as soon as possible. We will refund the purchase price of the product, or replace it, if it is found to be defective in any way.

Please return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Unless faulty, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We advise sending the item tracked with proof of postage – if it is lost in the post, we will be unable to process your return.

Once we receive your item, we will check it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days from when it arrives back to us. Refunds are not available on personalised/custom-made items unless faulty.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and these are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
